Hello, we’re planing on integrating an on-premise chat solution for our company.
We use Citrix virtual desktop, and we don’t want our users to have logins beside the Citrix Workspace account in the morning starting work.
The users are load balanced on several terminal-servers, so nobody login the same server every day.
Is it possible, that with the LDAP integration activated, our users can open the rocket.chat application and they are instantly logged in?
We tried different solutions in the past, and there were problems like second factor authentication you can’t deactivate. So every morning new terminal-server = new second factor authentication because new server.
