Can't get WebRTC to work

Description

When I try to call someone, I get an error message that teleconferences are not available and that I should install an app from the marketplace.

A bit of background: I had installed Jitsi from the marketplace and enabled it. Calling someone via Jitsi did also bring up a Jitsi call. But I am having issues with my Jitsi installation and until they are resolved I wanted to switch back to RC’s own WebRTC.

So I disabled the Jitsi app. Turned WebRTC on in Omnichannel Video and Audio Call Settings. But to no avail. I only get the error message.

Any additional Information

Nothing in the logs.

I got Jitsi to work now and could just reenable the app.

But I thought it should work with the built-in WebRTC as well (and I seem to remember it did at some point)…

So once you enable a video conference app you can’t go back to the built-in option or is something else amiss here?
