Can't add default channel

Hi, i feel really stupid to ask this. Im very sure i saw this option somewhere last year.

Description

I can’t find the option to turn a channel into a default channel. There used to be a button like in this image , but on my installation it looks now like this (see next message). Does someone know where the option is or do i have to change it in the database directly? Thanks for your advice!
