Cannt open example.com:3000 but works fine with ip:3000

Hi
I cannot access rocket.chat using my domain example.com:3000
BUT it open fine on
129.12.203.72:3000
192.168.1.144:3000
localhost:3000

what could be the problem ?

Hi, if you try to resolve example.com does it point to your to one of those IPs?
