Hello Rocket.Chat Community Support!
I’m experiencing an issue where my Rocket.Chat server cannot access any of the following domains:
- cloud.rocket.chat
- marketplace.rocket.chat
- releases.rocket.chat
- billing.rocket.chat
- gateway.rocket.chat
- omni-gateway.rocket.chat
- collector.rocket.chat
- nps.rocket.chat
As a result, my self-hosted workspace entered read-only mode.
Everything was working previously, but at a certain point all of the above domains became unreachable from my server’s IP address.
To restore functionality, I had to temporarily route traffic through a VPN.
Could you please check if our IP was blocked or rate-limited, and if so — whitelist or remove the block?

- Operating System: Ubuntu Noble
- Deployment Method: tar
- Number of Running Instances: 1
- NodeJS Version: v22.13.1
- MongoDB Version: 7.0.16 / wiredTiger (oplog Enabled)
- Proxy: nginx

No reason that is obvious.
No one can check your IP if it isn’t provided…
What are your logs saying?
What other tests have you done to ascertain where the issue is?
Also note I have said before about your setup not being recommended.

Note - I don’t know if they have blocks on restricted/embargoed countries, or the country concerned is blocking access.
Pretty sure you are in Russia so that may be the situation in which case it is outside the control of Rocket.Chat
