Description
I’m attempting to join a workspace, but I’m encountering an issue with the email confirmation process. Here’s what happens:
I click the “Send confirmation letter” button to receive a confirmation email.
Upon receiving the email, I click the “confirm address” button within it.
This action redirects me to the login page, where I successfully log in.
However, after logging in, I’m taken back to the confirmation page rather than completing the process.
This cycle repeats without successfully confirming my email, creating a loop that prevents me from joining the workspace.

Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.8.16
Operating System: Windows

There is not much point in asking about a server version that is long out of date. 3.8.16 has not been supported for a long time and will not get any help.
Create new thread with all your server details.
Ah, didn’t realize the version on this thread. But I’m having same issue on newest version and was wondering if there is a solution.
