Can we provide the option for the visitor to make the call in the Omnichannel chat?

Description

in the visitor view of omnichannel chat, It seems that only the agent can initiate a video call and only the agent can end the video call.

Is it possible for the visitor to initiate a video call?
Currently, even the visitor clicks on the end of the call button. the call still keeps alive. is that by design?

Indeed, the agent is the only one that can initiative a video call, as of now. Feel free to create a feature request here

Considering the Jitsi Video Conf. Provider, it will basically create a Jitsi video conf session, and point both parties to there.
