Can we have feature to trigger livechat with website visitor from admin rocket.chat app(and see there a list of website visitors online)

My apologies if I put this topic in wrong section. Forum doesn’t let me create new topic in ‘feature requests’.

I think if we have feature to trigger a livechat with a website visitor(to ask something etc) from admin rocket.chat app(and see also there a list of website visitors online), it would make more interactive experience.

Sometimes visitors do some actions on my website and I have to wait quietly when a visitor decides to start a livechat or never start.

Any rocket.chat devs? What do you think about this feature, would it be hard to code it? Maybe rise funding for this feature is good idea?

yes, I am also interested. standard in other chat clients. may be interested in paying for it even.
