Assign agent based on the external id on the embedded website



Newbie here, 2 dumb questions:

  1. The live chat was integrated (js code) to a website that may contain additional data, like ‘seller_id’, if seller_id is set up I need to route the chat strictly to that person, online or offline. What would be the best way to achieve this?
  2. All employees use Telegram, they install it and set up a company bot when getting hired, can I make agents answer in Telegram for chats started from the previous question (#1)?
