Hey,
Newbie here, 2 dumb questions:
- The live chat was integrated (js code) to a website that may contain additional data, like ‘seller_id’, if seller_id is set up I need to route the chat strictly to that person, online or offline. What would be the best way to achieve this?
- All employees use Telegram, they install it and set up a company bot when getting hired, can I make agents answer in Telegram for chats started from the previous question (#1)?
