Hi, i am using the rocketchat-desktop-Snap (Version 2.17.9) on Ubuntu 19.4. If i want to use Videochat with my Team, i can connect to jitsi-Server but the app get no access to camera (Permission not granted).
I tried in terminal sudo snap connection rocketchat-desktop:camera but there is no Plug for Camerausing. Does anybody know if there is a Solution or Workaround?
In Firefox all works fine inlc. Videochat.
In order to use videochat with your team, you’ll need to first ensure that you have granted the correct permissions for the app. To do this, you need to open the app and go to ‘Settings’ → ‘Permissions’ → ‘Camera’ and ensure that the ‘Allow’ option is enabled.
Once you have done this, you should be able to use the videochat feature without any problems.

The usage of video chat with your team is contingent upon your having given the necessary rights to the app. To achieve this, launch the app and go to ‘Settings’ ‘Permissions’ ‘Camera,’ where you must activate the ‘Allow’ setting.
