About the mobile notification limit on community plan

We have used Rocket Chat Community Plan from June-2024.

We got an message at 12/18/2025.
this:
Workspace members are not receiving notifications on mobile
Remove notification limit with Enterprise trial.

I understood this 10,000push/month, and I expected this limit will be released at next month’s first day.However actually, does not currently at 1/1/2026.

when is this limit released?Is there method to confirm this?

Check your cloud panel.

Not sure of the exact time it rolls round. Could be EDT, not GMT.

If you’ve used them all by the 18th perhaps you ought to consider upgrading or using your own push server.

In the end, the message was only showing. just show but actually mobile push is working.

The message disappeared tow days later.
