I have an issue with the emails are not being sent and I am looking for the log file. We used the snap install method.
Our company host our own email server and it requires that all emails are authenticated with SMTP SSL port 587 or 465.
We have setup the email we want to use and run the tester but nothing happens.
So we are for that reason looking for the log file to see if it can give us any clues.
It doesn’t make any difference if the TLS is on of off. Same result.
