I have setup a RocketChat-server for the first time and everything is working and almost self explanatory. What i don’t understand though is what happens if a user is reporting a posting of another user. It is possible to report a posting but who gets those reports?
Just to tell you, you’re not alone. I’m also trying to find out what happens after but couldn’t. The online docs seem to not even know this feature.
for completeness, apparently the report feature exists in the UI but there’s no workflow behind to finally present this to anyone. It just sticks in the database. See https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/issues/503
