Very slow adding images or another attachments

Description

Hello, after move RocketChat to the new server (early 16.04 LTS, now 18.04 LTS) uploading attachments (especially images) take a long time. Yesterday I upgraded release via snap from 2.4.11 to 3.0.10, but this operation not resolve my problem. I use GridFS as method for storage files (also on old instance). Hardware on new server as the same as old server (CPU, RAM, disk).

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
  • Deployment Method: snap
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Where can I found this information?
  • NodeJS Version: v12.14.0
  • MongoDB Version: 3.6.14
  • Proxy: caddy
  • Firewalls involved: no

Did you solved it? I’m having the same problem.

Unfortunately no. In the meantime upgraded instance to 3.1.1 - nothing changed.
