Awfully slow image uploads in RC

Description

We are experiencing extremely slow image upload times in all chat rooms. Even a 500kb image takes more than 30 seconds - sometimes a minute. I found an old thread that mentioned it may have to do with the chunk size in the config but my sys admin tells me that this was old info and that my version of RC was from this July and this fix would not apply.

I also use Discord for some personal chat groups and uploading images or screen grabs is blazingly fast. So what can be done here? The current situation is intolerable.

I’m experiencing this too as well as lots of other people it seems. When is this going to be fixed? I’m using the 4th version via SNAP
