Using Jitsi Meet with multiple RocketChat instances + JWT authorization

Hi all,

We currently have 3 instances of RC running on three different virtual machines on-premises. All installed the same way (snap, nginx). Recently I deployed an on-premises instance of Jitsi Meet Conferencing Server in it’s own VM and configured one of three RC server to use it with token authentication. Works fine.
Now my question is: may I configure the other two RC instances to use the same Jitsi server, or do I need to create a separate instance of Jitsi for each instance on RC?
If I may do it, should I use the same app_id\secret for all RC instances, or there is a way to use different ones for each RC instance?

VM resources and network bandwidth are not a problem. We have enough power in our virtualization infrastructure to feed Jitsi server.

Compaq

Any additional Information

I don’t think there is any reason why not but you probably ought to look more towards Jitsi than Rocket for information.

I guess you would need the same app identifier and password on each server.

Thank you for the answer.
