Some avatars not found after rocket chat migration

Description

After migrating to docker in an on-premise environment, some users are missing avatars.

Do you know the solution?

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server:
  • Operating System: 3.16.3
  • Deployment Method: Docker-compose
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: Enable
  • NodeJS Version: 12.22.1 - x64
  • MongoDB Version: 4.0.25
  • Proxy: Nginx
  • Firewalls involved: No

Hi - can you use a browser and check the URL for the Avatar please?

Think I have seen something similar but would like to check.

Check with

http://[ServerIP]: 3000/avatar/[UserName] or http://[ServerIP]:3000/avatar/[UserName]?etag=[Code ~~]

There is no difference from the URL where the avatar image was output normally.
