The log you’ve posted indicates you still have the 3.4 upgrade incomplete. One of the above steps might have been missed somehow - maybe didn’t wait long enough for the db to do the upgrade?
If you want to hit it with a sledgehammer, you can try my method. If your chat server is production, I recommend you take a snapshot or backup before trying it though. to be clear - this is not an official fix from the Rocket.Chat team!
