You need read receipts. Not available in the community edition I’m afraid.
The free Starter plan or any paid plan includes it.
Not exactly that. It is necessary to be able to make a selection of all unread chats. I probably didn’t express myself correctly
I’m not sure exactly what you are expecting? Group all unread messages in one place? Something like a Unified Inbox in a mail app?
You can’t do that as far as I am aware. Your feature-request and pull request would be appreciated!
Note that you can group channels by ‘unread’
