Set IdleTime (AutoAway) via REST API?

Description

I would like to set a default IdleTime via the Rest API for the AutoAway setting. AutoAway can be set via the API:
https://developer.rocket.chat/reference/api/rest-api/endpoints/team-collaboration-endpoints/users-endpoints/set-preferences

enableAutoAway: true/false

but there seems to be no endpoint for the time? am i missing something?
worst case, can i set this via mongodb?
