Not working at all is a completely separate issue.
I don’t want to derail conversation here. If with hosted of course hit up our support. But on-premises it always boils down to one of two things.
- Your reverse proxy is not properly handling upgrade of /websocket to a websocket. Websocket is needed by the Rocket.Chat+ app.
- Your ssl cert is not valid or you aren’t using one. SSL is required, especially for iOS.
