Dear support Rocket chat!
II’m having a problem when using rocket chat that when I download a file in word and excel format sent to me by someone else, when I save it, I can’t open them if I don’t set the extension for that file.
This happened while downloading I tried to rename the file.
Is there a setting I’ve overlooked on my rocket chat so I don’t have to do it manually like that?
Please help me.

I fixed it by not changing the file name when downloading to my computer. thank you!
