Any help would be very much appreciated.

Have you rebooted to make sure it’s all updated & restarted?

What licence are you on and how many users?

Beyond that check docker logs {vm} for issues.

Eg

docker logs rocketchat-rocketchat-1

docker-proxy

But you are using traefik as a reverse proxy?

Check the traefik log.

Also your stock logs eg jornalctl etc

Don’t post huge logs here - use pastebin etc.

Thank you very much, @reetp.

docker logs rocketchat-traefik-1 shows the following:

time=“2025-12-10T07:54:53Z” level=error msg=“Provider connection error Error response from daemon: client version 1.24 is too old. Minimum supported API version is 1.44, please upgrade your client to a newer version, retrying in 7.902044605s” providerName=docker

The error message is quite clear. But unfortunately I have no idea how to update the client.

Please bear with me - i’m really just a noob trying to learn…

THX!"
