hi everybody. Please tell me how to make users see notifications about new messages without refreshing the page. An audio notification are working, but who sent it and how many doesn’t working without refreshing the page
If you are using a browser for rocketchat, you may have to allow notification popups. This is why we switched to the Application since we block notifications from the browser.
Also, a trick we found it if you use the mentions (@everyone or @name) the notifications stays highlighted.
windows notifications work, but the number of unread messages from the user is not displayed in the application itself
