mLab on Heroku has been discontinued: RocketChat button does not work anymore

Because mLab on Heroku as discontinued I can’t install rocket chat from heroku button anymore.
There is no mongo free plan anymore

I’ve brought to docs team and opened a PR to remove from our readme: https://github.com/RocketChat/Rocket.Chat/pull/19901 yup does sound like its time for it to be unlisted
