Missing integrations in admin webinterface after RC-server upgrade

Description

Upgrade RocketChat Server from version 2.17 to 3.12.0. (beginning of March)
everything seems to work - but in the admin interface i’m now missing some Webhooks. only 2 are displayed - the rest (arround 10 incoming webhooks) are missing, but seems to be operational.

How can the missing webhook become visible again?

  • Deployment Method: normal direct binary installation

  • Number of Running Instances: 1

  • NodeJS Version: v12.21.0

  • MongoDB Version: v4.0

  • Proxy: haproxy

  • Firewalls involved: no

Hi.

Did you upgrade in one big leap or do it incrementally?

Just wondering if something got a little messed up on the upgrade as there will be a lot of DB migrations.

It’s generally recommended to do a version at a time and make sure things work first.

Anything in your logs?

Have you tested on latest 3.13.x ? There is a possibility that it has been fixed already (check github for issues)

yes -i had a look at almost everything - except the Weebhooks :smiley:

going to upgrade to the 3.13.X on the Weekend - your’Re right - maybe this will solve the issue :slight_smile:

Brave. Very brave… I hope you had good backups :fearful:

My guess is there is something it doesn’t like in a table or something.

You might want to have a mosey in the DB with robo3t or similar?

If they are still hidden I will try and find a solution. Let me know please.
