Media Type Not Supported despite not setting restrictions

Description

Upgraded to 6.4.8 from 6.6.2 recently. All seems to be running ok except that some media uploads are now getting blocked - specific examples is “.mrt” report files. I don’t have anything configured for Accepted Media Types or Blocked Media Types so assume this is a change to the code.

Anyone else seen this and have a solution?

As this is client based, there are no logs to provide.

Here we have the same problem with sending .py, .drawio, .rmd files.
Our Settings > File Upload > Accepted|Bocked Media Type are empty
