Market place premium apps.. Prices and purchase. Like how?

I feel a bit confused.

When you go to the app store both inside Rocket Chat and the online marketplace on the Rocket Chat website the apps are listed and its clear that some of them are “Premium”.

But there prices for the premium apps/plugins are not listed at all and there is no way of clicking a button that says “purchase”.

Instead there is a button that says "Get started"which leads you to offer to try Rocket Chat free for 30 days and talk to sales.

There is zero transparency so I’m really confused over how it works.

How do you actually buy one plugin that you are interested in for your self hosted/on-premise Rocket chat installation and how can you see the price for it?

Thanks in advance.

Hello, @DreamQuest!

Thank you for your feedback. Our internal teams are already evaluating your message to be more transparent in our communication

While we do that, please let me help you with your questions:
Rocket.Chat has three “Premium” Plans; Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. You can check the prices here: Pricing

Once you deploy your first instance, you will be led to the Starter Plan (free for up to 25 users), and all Premium apps will be available for your workspace. The same will happen if you choose Pro or Enterprise plans.

If you decide to downgrade to our Community Edition, you cannot continue using Premium apps; you can only use up to five free or paid apps.

I hope this can help.
Please let us know if you have any other questions
Best regards, Bárbara.
