Livechat Initial Message

In livechat, how do I set an initial message after the user info window so the user knows to type the first message? I can’t see any settings that I have missed but after the user info request it just goes to a blank chat window with no instructions.

I think the closest you will get is setting up an omnichannel trigger, and configure an action, to send a message to the user impersonating the next agent on queue.
