We have setup jumpcloud ldap with rocketchat server v6.3.7
LDAP logins works fine but we need to use email address of the account although we use
“uid” in Username Field.
is there a config so that we can use either uid or mail attributes as the username field in rocketchat ?
we used comma separated uid,mail as Username but it is not working.
also I found a article
explaining how to setup “Logon with either email address or username:”
it explains about a “LDAP_Bind_Search” but I dont see any LDAP_Bind_Search Field on the rocketchat server
any directions to use either uid or mail attributes as the username field ?
