Is there a way to directly speak with a Rocket.Chat expert, like over Zoom?

Description

I am offering Zoom since it has the ability to share screen. Basically I have been having the same problem where my channels go dead every so often, meaning they stop receiving alerts that are being sent to them from ElastAlert2.

  • Operating System: Linux CentOS 7
  • Deployment Method: docker compose
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog: not sure
  • NodeJS Version: not sure
  • MongoDB Version: 5.0
  • Proxy: n/a
  • Firewalls involved: firewalld

Any additional Information

I have errors in my docker logs pertaining to “Failed to communicate with Rocket.Chat Cloud”, among others.

Not really no, unless you have paid support via EE or Pro licence.
