iPhones are not able to send attachments, why?


Dear Community,

as strange as it seems:
No iPhone I know of connected to my self-hosted Workspace can send an attachment to the Rocket.Chat-App.
When the Rocket.Chat App Symbol is pressed (picture 1):

an empty white screen appears (picture 2):

Does anyone know a way of solving this? Does it happen to you, too?

Thankfully, I got the Information from another user that it is a problem regarding the file-extension of the mobile App. It shall be fixed in the new version of the mobile App.
