Installing questions from a newby

Hi,

I want to install RocketChat on a VPS with Plesk in a seperate subdomain.
I installed nodejs and mongo.

Questions.
Can I use
/var/www/vhosts/toplevel.tld/my.subdomain.tld
to put rocket in?

Can I use a FQDN like
https://my.subdomain.tld:3000
to run Rocket?

In the Mongo settings , can I use localhost (127.0.0.1) or must mongo be accessible through a FQDN?

    das muss ich noch aussuchen, kenn mich noch nicht so gut mit Mongo aus
