I have considered the use of Mattermost, but have not been able to meet the requirements and are considering using rocketchat. When I investigated mattermost, I found these URL: https://docs.mattermost.com/overview/vpat.html
Rocketchat also wants to comply with this standard. I have not looked at mattermost carefully, but I think the above url has great significance.
