Dear All,
I have tried to update the rocketchat version 2.0 to 6.5.2 by following the instruction in
Upgrading RocketChat in Docker - MongoDB 4 0 x Deprecated (youtube.com)
The migration was smooth and successful. Yet after upgrading the rocketchat, old images in the direct message are showing “retry” icon. If I try to download the file, a 0kb file will be downloaded.
On the other hand, the newly uploaded files are working fine(can be download or viewable) after the upgrade.
The instance is using GridFS for file upload, I thought it is not related to the url rewrite settings.
The instance is installed on the root path, so the subfolder issue does not apply to our situation neither.
I appreciate if anyone had similar issue as us to provide possible solutions.
