Description

I couldn’t send the e-mail through mailgun because of this reason. any advice?

Hi! Can you confirm that the config at:

Admin > Email > Smtp > From Email

has the email mailgun expects it to be sent from?

Yes, my setting was correct. I installed rocket.chat using snap(4 stable version). It doesn’t work, so I installed 3 stable version. It works in the end.

So with the same settings it worked on version 3 and not on version 4?

If that’s the case, can you specify the settings, excluding of course user and password?

I can try to reproduce this error and then we can open up an Issue.
