I installed a sample Rocket.chat product in our private server and it’s OK if I access it from browser.
Now I have a strange problem. When I access it through Mac Desktop APP it works well. But when I access it through windows Desktop App it shows the errors below.
I installed Desktop App from the official websites => https://www.rocket.chat/install
And I changed the URL several times but all failed.
I have no idea why it works well in Mac Desktop but shows errors in Windows App.
The Desktop App are all latest.
I tried many times but I didn’t figure it out.
I need your help, sincerely.
