Hi, I would like to seek help regarding the live chat widget. Since we are using Live Chat for the project, it has an issue on Android and iOS, like when downloading the file from the Rocket Chat dashboard to the mobile app, it shows an HTTP error 403. I cannot download the file. We found out that if we turn off the protected files in the settings in the Rocket Chat Omnichannel, the issue is resolved, but we need to turn on the protected files.

There were some bugs found recently with live chat feature that were fixed on 6.1.4 release.

It’s on version 5.0.+ something, but on that version, the HTTP error 403 is fixed for the live chat widgets on the mobile app?

After update Rocket.Chat Server from 5.4.10 to version 6.3.6, during file transfer process, we’ve got the similar error!
Access to chat.**** is denied
You do not have permission to view this page.

We’ve got this only on desktop client! On the mobile app (android) everything was fine!
After turning off the setting «protect downloaded files» in the Rocket Chat Omnichannel Settings, the issue was resolved, but we don’t think this is right !
We would like to fix this and protect the files!
