How to upgrage from 4.8.1 mongo 4.4.9 \wiretiger

there i can find my variant to upgrade rocket.chat 4.8.1 with mongo 4.4.9 \wiretiger. All in the docker and then i make stop rocket.chat and start 4.8.7 -it doesn’t start.
