I need a little help to be able to integrate Telegram on my Rocket server.
Synchronize with Maketplace, but I can’t find the telegram app.

Hello! The Telegram app requires the Apps-Engine version 1.18.0 or greater, which means you need at least Rocket.Chat 3.7.0 to be able to run it

Hello.
I already have version 3.10.5 installed, I also have the telegram application installed by Rocket.Chat Version 1.0.0.
Now my question is how can I configure it to connect to telegram.
Like, it is my wish that any registered user who has a telegram account can use it from my rocketchat server
