Exporting Messages as File

Description

<When Exporting Messages as File HTML or JSON I get the message : your email was placed in outgoing box. I’m not asked to save the file.

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 6.6.0
  • Operating System: windows 10

OK. I understand now that the file is sent by email.
But why can’t we simply save it locally? Why email?
Also why not offering a PDF option?

Note : all the jpegs extrated from the email are corrupted.
