Don't show delete button in discussions

  • Operating System: Ubuntu 18.04
  • Deployment Method: snap
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • NodeJS Version: v14.18.3
  • MongoDB Version: 4.2.17
  • Proxy: caddy
  • Firewalls involved:

I want to delete or not show the “Delete” button on discussions so that users cannot delete them or if there is a permission that restricts deleting discussions.

Hi! Unless the user is owner or admin, it cannot remove a discussion.

We’ll need more context here to exactly understand what you want to restrict

Thanks for your support. In the permissions, the owner role had the option to delete the messages in the discussions, by removing this permission, no user can delete the messages in the discussions.
