Direct chats via iframe embedded layout occasionally starts at top of chat

Hi,

We are prototyping rocketchat iframe with embedded layout.
On occasions when users opens up a direct chat message, the chat window starts at the top.

For long conversations users have to scroll a long way to the bottom.

Is this a bug/setting change?
How to resolve?

This sounds like a bug. So it happens when loading a frame from scratch? Or I’d it when changing rooms in the embedded view?
