Cloud Version - Bronze, Silver and Gold all indicate a limit on "Integrations" - What is the definition of Integrations?

Is it the number of “types of Integrations” - ie: JIRA would be 1, GitLab would be 2, etc. regardless of the number of rooms / channels where used? or if the JIRA integration is used in 3 rooms / channels it counts as 3 “Integrations”?

Also, what is the difference between “Integrations”, “Bots”, “Plug-In’s” and “Rocket.Chat Applications” as related to this limitation for hosted / cloud (ie: are all of the them considered “Integrations”?
