when I answer to some message, my answer is showed up to the original messages.
Is it possible to switch rocket.chat to show answers bellow starting message?

Currently no. This is where threading will come in. 
There is an ongoing discussion about threading here in this issue with 151 thumbs up 
In the user interface this should probably called topics (which is a nicer wording then techno-speech threads) - see some arguments why nice threading is important https://zulipchat.com/why-zulip/
