Change port 3000 to other port

We use cloudflare to hide our ip, port 3000 is not supported by cloudflare.
Is there a way to change port 3000 to other port such as 8443, which supported by cloudflare, during installation. I use docker for the installation.
I can just change the ports in the docker_compose.yml or .env?
