Can't install custom server app

Trying to install custom server app, (enabled in dash) but get the following in the browser console

/client/views/admin/apps/lib/getPermissionsFromZippedApp.js:1 Error: No app.json file found in the zip

Of course I have the said file included in the zip I’m uploading :slight_smile:

Server Setup Information

  • Version of Rocket.Chat Server: 3.12.1
  • Operating System: Ubuntu latest Docker
  • Deployment Method: Docker
  • Number of Running Instances: 1
  • DB Replicaset Oplog:
  • NodeJS Version:
  • MongoDB Version: 4.0.21 / mmapv1 (oplog Enabled)
  • Proxy: No - local Docker
  • Firewalls involved: None

Any additional Information

No logs, only browser console output as above.

did you manage a fix ? getting the same issue. Can’t install my own rc app lol
