Description
I have a problem with disabled accounts.
Even though an account is disabled other users can send direct messages to that account.
Unfortunately, the users do not know that the account is disabled and expect a reply, which never happens.
How to block the ability to write to a disabled account?
The idea is that no one can write to such a person.
