2FA Blocked account - Unlock user account as admin

Description

User can’t login as he doesn’t remember the 2FA key.

Is it possible, as admin, to disable 2FA on the specific user?

I couldnt find any config on the admin interface.

yes. go to user → in the context menu, reset TOTP

prerequisite is that your admins have the permission edit-other-user-totp and the Accounts > Two Factor Authentication > Enforce password fallback setting is enabled.
