Attachments are not downloaded in the desktop version

Description

When I click on the attachment icon in the desktop version of the client (4.0.1), nothing happens. Previously, when I clicked on the file icon, it was automatically downloaded. Now I can only download it if I click the Download button.

This happens with all files (.docx, .xlsx, .txt etc) except pdf. When I click on the pdf file icon, a preview window opens.

Is there any way to return the ability to download a file by clicking on the file itself, and not on the Download button?

I don’t think so but don’t recall why it was added.
